just so y’all know how my dash operates.

I just saw this awesome post on my dash and queue’d it.. and then not ten posts later I saw this exact image. Just wanted to reiterate: I don’t want to see this shit on my dash. I’m about HEALTHY weight loss and HEALTHY body image and  HEALTHY self image and having a  HEALTHY mindset.

I take the time to check out every blog I follow to ensure that they have the same ideals that I do. It’s incredible how triggering simple images, quotes, and stories can be! I’m not about that and I’m certainly not going to support that or silently sit on the sidelines while you perpetuate an unhealthy lifestyle.

I see it, I question it, and I unfollow. Easy peasy.
